Academic Credits
You may be expected to register for a full-time load, usually 15 credits per semester and 6-9 credits for the summer. During the academic year, additional credits maybe earned for coursework above this load. Internships are included in this total number. The number of credits earned for an internship will vary depending upon its structure and the approval of the home campus. Also, students who have graduated or are not interested in credit are welcome in the program as well.
Official grade reports will be forwarded to student’s home institutions. The actual amount of credit to be granted and title of the courses taken abroad which will appear on the students’ transcript as determined by the appropriate departments at the students’ home institution prior to enrollment. A complete list of the program’s graduate and undergraduate internships and courses in different fields of study, which were developed in collaboration with the faculty of cooperating and sponsoring institutions, are available upon request.
